Shipping
We offer standard shipping within North America (U.S. and Canada). Once your order is placed with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order information within 2-5 business days (order processing time is dependent on the carrier made used to process your order). Note that customers must opt-in to allow emails from Japanese Saws to receive this email.
Depending on the courier selected by the shipper, it may take 2-8 business days for your order to arrive after you receive the confirmation email. Please be paptient as the shipment may be delayed by weekends and statutory holidays.
If you have any issues with your order and have your tracking information, please contact the courier. If they are unable to assist you, please contact us via our contact form and we’ll ensure to reach out to you shortly afterwards.
Warranty
The manufacturer, Japanese Saws, warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt. This warranty does not cover misuse and careless damage of the product due to lack of care, maintenance and/or poor judgement (ie: bending a saw repeatedly when it’s stuck). Japanese Saws is not responsible for a replacement product or parts in this - or similar - situations as deemed by the manufacturer.
